As you can see from the link below, Enniskillen is a Civil Parish in Co. Fermanagh:

Church of Ireland records for the parish begin in 1667 for baptisms and 1668 for marriages. Records for the corresponding Roman Catholic Parishes of Enniskillen are divided in two parts. In the first, the RC parish of Tempo, records commence in 1845 and in the latter, the RC Parish of Enniskillen records begin in 1838. If James was in fact born in this parish, there will be no record of his baptism there as his birth predates the available RC records. Do you know what religion he was?

Other important sources that may assist you in finding out more about the Leslie family include the Tithe Applotment Books and Griffith?s Valuation. Even though these sources only record the head of the household, the information is very important and can be valuable:

As an aside, there is some information about the Leslie family on Ancestry, you could contact the posters directly from there (unless you are the poster!). Specifically it states that a James Heydon Leslie married an Eliza Jane:
