I am looking for any information on Patrick Cooper or Julia O'Neil. I know he was born in Dublin in 1823 and he lived in the United States in 1850. He married Julia somewhere between 1850 and 1860 in Wisconsin, United States. Julia was born in Ireland, I am not sure where in Ireland. She was born around 1829.

I had no luck finding Patrick's birth/baptism or marriage record on www.rootsireland.ie/ or www.irishgenealogy.ie/ in any county
They don't seem to be anywhere much on ancestry apart from the 1870 census which has his age as 42 in 1870 so born 1828 or 1827; no marriage record there either.
There are some records of Julia O'Neill born 1829 + - 1 year on rootsireland
They are:
NEALE 1830 Cork
NEIL 1830 Laois
NEILE 1829 Cork
O'NEIL 1829 Waterford
Assuming no illiteracy or transcription errors the last one could be it.
