Hello, I look for the parents(relatives) of my ancestor Robert Culbert (Cuthbert) born in Seagoe, Armagh in 1808.
I include a document of its recording in the army.

Uncless your Culbert/Cuthbert ancestors belonged to the Church of Ireland, records will not be available for the 1808 baptism.
If they were C of I, I would check with the church to see if they have records for 1808. ( A resource book I have shows they have records going back to the late 1600s but there are always gaps).
