For many years now I have been searching for the death cert of my grandmother.
Catherine Gleeson 25th Sep 1891 Ballinahow Thurles (have birth cert)
Marriage William Dempsey 16th Nov 1916 Dublin (have marriage cert)
Her last child William was born 7th June 1921 Ballinahow Thurles (have birth cert)
William Dempsey married second time to
Annie Quinlan 19th Jan 1925 Church at Drom (have marriage cert)
Catherine Dempsey died between 7th June 1921 and 19th Jan 1925.Any help or pointers would be very much appreciated .Kind regards Catherine

The only Dempsey death of about the right age that I see registered in Thurles district (which covered Ballycahill) between 1920 and 1930 is an Anne Dempsey born c1896, and died 2nd quarter of 1927. The only Catherince Dempsey death over the same timeframe and approx. age is one registered in Galway district in the last quarter of 1924 - see : link (FamilySearch Ireland BMD Index)
Is there any Galway connection for your Dempseys ?

Hello Shane thanks for your findings. Anne Dempsey is Williams 2nd wife and I have the death cert 25th Mar 1927. The Catherine Dempsey death in Galway on 26th Sep 1924 she is noted as Spinster and farmers daughter I have cert.Help did my grandfather just bury her on the farm :)
