Hi Laurence

Thanks for getting in touch Unfortunately I've left it a bit late  (I'm 76) to to do family history.\except for your Roches There were no male Roche decendants in Wexford . Plenty Roches not related .

--- only Stewarts/ Murphys/ Pierces

As Jack Roche (1876-1944) had no family---- he left the Slad Farm to John Stewart

The Slad Farmhouse burned to the ground in 1950's so if there was any photos of Roches --none left

In next few weeks I'll try to get birth /death certs & a few photos of Slad & roche headstone.

Not sure how to exchange e-mail-- maybe  If you send me a post card with your e-mail to me @:Orchard Park Tagoat Wexford Ireland.

  • Hello Clare,

A quick update to advise that since my initial message through this site I have made contact with a number of cousins in Tagoat, Wexford and we have been able to exchange family information and photos.

There is still plenty to discover, but with the family connections in Ireland this will be much easier.

    Many thanks and regards,

    Lawrence Roche
