Patrick's wife was Bridget Lenihan both born in late 1700's Patrick was born in Geegah Sligo and Bridget in Roscommon They lived in Augrim/kilmore area and had abt. 10 children Michael was the oldest and I believe his descendants live on the original farm. My gr-gr grandfather was next Martin. He lived in Roscommon until 1870's and moved to Glasgow then to Rhode Island, USA. One of Michael's daughters Katherine also moved here and the two families remained close.

Patrick b.1791 > Michael > Patrick J > Donal > Rory > Orla > Caoimhe (me)
Patrick J was the eldest son and inherited Clooncoose in Roscommon. He married twice and had 4 sons.
Donal left Roscommon and moved to Dublin, trained as a priest then wasnt ordained and became a secondary school teacher and a Senator in late life. My grandfather Rory moved from Dublin to Sligo, Ireland, he was an engineer with RTE (Ireland's national broadcasting station) and that's where my mum is from.

My great great grandfather was Martin born in 1826 brother to Michael. He immigrated to Rhode Island as did most of his children. One of Michael's daughters had already immigrated and he followed his cousin and the famlies were close. We traveled to Roscommon in 2013 and met Donal who lived on the family farm in Clooncoose. We met by accident in a restaurant near clooncoose.I have a lot of information about the family. My line would be Patrick b.1791.Martin>Owen>Mary>Mary(my mother)>me
