My Grandparents: Edward O'Malley & Elizabeth Nulty lived in Ballybough Dublin 3 I have found a marriage record on www.irishgenealogy.ie June / 1898 of a Lizzie married in St. Agatha's Church (Nth William St) Dublin, I remember they were buried in Kilbarrack (1945-1956) If it is her I have found the family in the Census 1901& 1911 with the name spelt O'Mally. I have found his record of baptism in Garristown, trying to find his father John /parents in Co. Meath.
Grandparents Edward /Elizabeth (Dublin) had 8 Children from 1899-1919 , John, Jane, Joseph, Eileen (Penrose) , Cathrine ( Dunne), Gerard, Edward, Thomas .

St. Agatha's is a Catholic parish and not a civil parish, which is why you do not see it listed. St. Agatha's is on North William Street, Dublin: http://www.stagathasparish.ie/ This is in the civil parish of St. Thomas. Please post your message here: http://www.irelandxo.com/group/st-thomas-dublin
There are Roman Catholic church records available for St. Agatha's. These date from 1852 for baptismal records and 1853 for marriage records. You can find these at the National Library of Ireland, Pos. 6611. I also found them listed here: http://churchrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/search.jsp?namefm=edward&namel=o%27malley&location=dublin&dd=&mm=&yy=&submit=Search If you have any difficulty, you could try writing to the parish priest for more assistance.

You could also try checking the land records called the Tithe Applotment Books (1823-38) or the later Griffith's Valuation (1848-64).
