Power family Wexford

My name is Anthony Patrick Power. I am a second generation Australian and reside in Perth, Western Australia. My grandfather was William Power and he was born in Wexford on the 16th of October 1858. His father was John Power Stonemason as shown on his marriage certificate in Perth in 1891 He was a seafaring man and jumped ship at Fremantle in Western Australia sometime in the eighteen eighties. Because of this there are no official records of his entry into Australia. He did however, put roots down in Fremantle, married in 1891 and had several children, one being my father, Vincent Paul Power. He left Fremantle on a ship in 1914 when my father was only ten years old, never to be heard of again. He left many grandchildren and great grandchildren and we are all curious to know what happened to him. His father is shown on his marriage certificate as John Power, Stonemason. Assuming that there were large families back them we are certain that he would have had many siblings. I am visiting Wexford in September of this year (2011) and would appreciate if you in some way publish this letter in the hope that there is a Power family connection, even from the scant information provided.
