HELLO, My Family came from this area to America in 1880
Thomas Walsh from Lowhill, Balinakill Quens County. I think his Father was John Walsh and Mother
Margaret Mealin but have no proof. Any help would be very much appriciated.
Thank you,
Mary

Hi Mary . .
Our . . Mallow Cork volunteer . . has . . in all probability pinpointed your relative . . well done to them . .
http://www.logainm.ie/en/26513?s=Ballyragget
When I looked at your search query . . . the locations . . Ballinakill, Queens Co., , indicated an area here . . close to the town of Roscrea . . . and I searched for clues . . . but failed to add to the search . .
The surnane " Mealin " would be uncommon to this area . .
But . . I will alert the volunteer who sits in the . . Ballinakill, Queens Co area . . to have a second look . . .
Cheers . . Eamonn Horan

Thank you all so much, and sorry it has been such a long time.
Can you tell me if he had any siblings? I would love to find that I have family still in Ireland.
Again, Thank you.
