I would like to know how many couples live/lived in Ballycastle with the above mentioned names. My ancestors were born in the 1820-1840, married in the 1850-1860 and had the first child in 1960.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Ballycastle is in Doonfeeny civil parish. I looked at the 1855-1856 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for the parish. I don't see any of the surnames you mentioned listed in the Griffiths.

Perhaps they lived in another nearby civil parish.You can use www.askaboutireland.ie to search the Griffiths for all of Mayo to see where those surnames were found.
