William Gore DD (died 25 February 1784) was an 18th-century Anglican bishop in Ireland.
Previously the Dean of Cashel from 1736 to 1758, he was consecrated Bishop of Clonfert and Kilmacduagh in 1758; translated to Elphin on 3 March 1762; and finally to Limerick, Ardfert and Aghadoe in 1772. In Elphin, he was preceded by Edward Synge and succeeded by Jemmett Browne.

The King has been pleased to order wrtis and Letters Patent under the Great Seal of his Majesty's Kingdom of Ireland, for the translation of the Rght Rverend father in God, doctor William Gore, bishop of the united bishopricks of Clonfert and Kilmacduagh, to the bishoprick of Elphin, now vacant by the death death of doctor Edward Synge, late bishop thereof.

The King has been pleased to order writs and Letters Patent, for the promotion of John Oswald, in divinity, to the united bishopricks of Clonfert and Kilmacduagh, now vacant by the translation of the right reverend father in God doctor William Gore late bishop thereof, to the bishoprick of Elphin.
