I am not sure if this person is an ancestor but if he is he had at least two daughters: Mary and Catherine Fitzgerald. They both moved to the United States but not at the same time Catherine Ftizgerald married a Michael Gooley in Chicago, IL. They both show up in the Illinois Census in 1870. Mary Fitzgerald came over to finish raising Michael and Catherine's children after they died about 3 weeks apart in 1887.
