This tower house ruin was originally owned by the Harrison family, however during the 19th century, it was part of the O'Callaghan -Westropp estate and served as an auxiliary workhouse while the Tulla Workhouse was being built. Today, the ruins are part of an agricultural holding which is still farmed.
