I am searching for information on Bridget Daly Elms Byrne. It is not known where was born but birthdate around 1807. She was known to have a brother, Connor (Cornelius) Daly. Bridget was first seen in Avoca, Wicklow, Ireland with the baptism of her children with John Elms. They were Thomas (John) Elms, 30 May 1830, Katherine Elms, 24 Sept 1832 and Maria Theresa (Mary) Elms, 3 May 1836. Thomas and Maria was recorded in the Roman Catholic Church records for Avoca, Wicklow, Ireland. Katherine's date of birth found on her Find A Grave information.
John Elms died around 1834 and Bridget Elms is seen marrying Thomas Byrne in Avoca, Wicklow, Ireland recorded in the Roman Catholic Church records. Their marriage date is seen as 3 July 1837. Their son Thomas (John or James) Byrne born in Avoca, Wicklow, Ireland on 3 Mar 1842 according to the Roman Catholic Church records. Bridget and Thomas had a daugjter, Jane Bridget born in Canada in 1856.
Bridget's brother, Connor Daly bron around 1813, was first found in the Roman Catholic Church records of Tynan, Armagh, Northern Ireland with his marriage to Elinor Mary Carlow on 26 Oct 1834.
Both Bridget and Connor's families immigrated to the United States and both wound up residing in Minnesota, USA. Bridget immigrated in 1846 and Connor in 1848.
Bridget and Connor's father was James or Jimmy Daly but mother unknown. I am trying to determine if Bridget may have originated in Northern Ireland and then moved to Wicklow and if Connor may have been born in Wicklow and moved north to Couonty Armagh. I have reached a point where I can no longer find new information on their existence prior to immigration.
If anyone can give me guidance on how to proceed I would greatly appreciate the help.

Unfortunately Bridget's baptism would be very early in terms of available Catholic records, the average starting date for records in rural parishes is about 1830, so as you work further back in time past this year it becomes increasing unlikely that a record would be available. The Avoca/Newbridge parish baptism records are available back to 1791 but there's a gap in the recorded baptisms between 1805 and 1809, right when your Bridget might have been baptised. Marriages generally took place in the bride's parish so Avoca would be the first to search.. proving your Bridget was baptised somewhere else outside Avoca could be difficult with having some additional clues - e.g. parents names, or some evidence of her place of birth.
There is at least one very early Daly baptism in Avoca/Newbridge parish for a Margaret Daly in 1796 to parents Robert & Elizabeth, and a number in the early 1800s, so there were families in the area with that surname. There's no sign of a possible baptism for Connor in Avoca/Newbridge, and unfortunately the baptism records for Tynan Catholic parish only go back to the early 1820s.
How were you able to confirm that the Connor Daly that married in Tynan, County Armagh was the brother of this Bridget in Co. Wicklow ?
It's quite a distance between Avoca and Tynan, and moving such a distance would be a little unusual for time (there was a general drift towards cities and larger towns - but these are both rural areas).The most likely reasons I can think for such a distant move at that time would be occupation - e.g. maybe a Police Constable, Excise Office, or someone in the Military ?
One other possible reason for a move that might be worth looking into would be mining - there were various mines operating in the Avoca area, for Copper, Silver etc.

In my research of Bridget Daly I came across a marriage in 1825 between a John Elms and Bridget Daly but it was in Stirlingshire, Scotland. It gave the marriage place as the 75th Reginent of Foot (Stirlingshire). Is it possible that John Elms served in the Regiment and married Bridget there? But I realize that these may be different individuals.
Bridget and Connor are supposed to be brother and sister by handwritten trees liniking them but with a question mark between them. Also due to the families residing in the same townships in Minnesota, USA and marriages having each others offspring as witnesses.
