Clancy/Folan Boliska Oughter

Hello all. While helping sort my grandmother's things after her passing, we found a sheet with the following names: James F Lee and Delia N Clancy, Boliska Oughter. My grandmother grew up in an orphanage, so we were excited to have found her parents. Their 1911 marriage cert. from Portland, Maine lists Delia's parents as Matthew Clancy and Norah Folan. Unfortunately, there is no Matthew Clancy anywhere let alone Killannin. However, there is a John with a wife Honor and a daughter Bridget living next to a Folan family in Boliska Oughter. I am hoping someone has any information about this family, or tips on where I could possibly look besides census or Griffiths. Thank you very much for your time, this was kind of long, brian
