I am seeking birth records for Mary Kate McKeon, born abt 1855-1865 in Roscommon, Roscommon. Her parents names are John Mckeon and Bridget Farrel. Mary Kate emigrated to Australia approx 1882 and married in 1885. Any help is appreciated. Also any birth, death and marriage records for her parents. Danie and Jeanette Linde

    Any possibility that was born in 1843. I found the baptismal record below on the subscription site Roots Ireland. John McKeone and Brigid Farrell had at least six more children after Mary.

  • Thank you for the information- but no it definitely would be around 1855- 1865 as she was 77 yrs old at her death in 1934. Her age on marriage certificate (21) puts the birth about 1864 but her death age makes it about 1857. Her son provided the information at her death so you would think it would be correct.
