Looking for information about Richard Keavey born 1848 Roscommon or his father Patrick

I checked the subscription site Roots Ireland and there were no Richard Keavey baptismal records in Co. Roscommon or anywhere in Ireland. Any other informatio such as his mother's name or names of siblings?

Hi - Richard Keavey was born in Roscommon but baptized in Carlow in the parish of Grague. His father was Patrick Keavey but that's all the information I have until he turns up in Leeds in the 1871 census.
