Ballinlough House, typical architecture of mid to late 19th century.

Residence was the Palmer estate.  My great grandfather Martin Tehan was a coachman and caretaker of horses on this estate before he emigrated to the USA in 1883. He lived in a residence across the road from the estate that was razed circa 1960.

The house is a detached two-story four-bay house built around 1860.  An older two-srtory four-bay house is located to the rear. There is a range of two-story stables and outbuildings east of the house.
