My great grand mother left ireland for australia of which i cant find her passage but she was born in 28th june 1840 and baptised in S>Mary catholic church Passage west. she named her house here in australia monkstown. her father was listed as a gardener. I have her baptism certificate which she was dated 11 october 1929 so I think may have written away she get same unsure. sponsos were john coveney and Johanna Leahy . William and anne were married in 1835 and I have this record. and the children
Her siblings were Johanna born 1836 Michael born 1838 Margaret Murphy born 1840 and another margaret born 1841 and julia Murphy whoi also came to australia and married a chute.any advice and help in how to proceed would be welcome. not sure if anymore children. cant find a griffith valuation for william but have a michael murphy in monkstown and have found with the invaluable help of a friend a william in the above valuation in rochestown .
