I'm looking for where in Cork my Ancestors lived. The farthest back I have been able to go is Hugh Coffey b1575–d1630. His son was Hugh Coffey 1594-1620 and his Grandson was John C. Coffey 1620-1717. The next generation moved to Essex, Va and ended up in several different states before landing in Moran, Kansas in the 1800's.

  • My grandmother was Eliza (Betty) Coffeyfrom Midleton Cork. There were other Coffeysin that district, some were stonemasons. Might be worth checking out.
