The 1910 All Ireland Senior Gaelic Football Final was set to place at the Jones' Road Sportsground (later redeveloped as Croke Park) on the 13th of November.
However, the game was called off and Louth were awarded the win by default when the Kerry team refused to play. The Kerrymen made this decision as a form of protest when the Great Southern and Western Railway company refused to provide their supporters with discounted tickets to Dublin for the match.
This is the only case in the history of the GAA of a Senior team wining an All Ireland title with a walkover.
