Hi! My 3great-grandfather was Philip Dignan, from Nobber, Meath. (He's listed on this site.) His parents were James and Mary, but like Theresa's John and Mary, that doesn't narrow it down much! Philip and his family arrived in Boston around 1849/1850 and ended up in Steubenville, Ohio. He and Theresa look like they could be cousins. When Theresa Agnes Dignan was born on June 3, 1840, in Nobber, Meath, Ireland, her father, John, was 25, and her mother, Mary, was 30. She married Greenbury Anderson Hicks on January 26, 1865, in Fort Jones, California. They had 11 children in 17 years. She died on August 23, 1914, in Scott Bar, California, at the age of 74, and was buried there. She is my 2nd Great Grandmother
