I am looking for another family of James O'Shannessy (Shaughnessy) who married Margaret McElligott or McKellet.  They married in 1827 in Shanagolden Limerick. Their son Patrick O'Shannessy was born in 1828 and migrated to Australia around 1852.  His first wife was Mary Curnane, his second Ellen Sheahan.  I descend from the Ellen Sheahan marriage through one of their sons (Daniel) William O'Shannessy.  He was born in 1877 in Victoria and was my grandfather.  I would also like to find the family of Ellen Sheahan - her father was Edward (or Edwin) Sheahan and her mother Margaret Shannassy.  They were also from Limerick.  Any help appreciated   ---- Liz Sutherland
