John Waring, from Chorley, Lancashire moved to Derryaghy in about 1600 and married Mary Peers, daughter of the Rector. My direct line moved to Waringstown, with a later ancestor, Samuel Waring, (1785-1842), he died in Derryaghy. His son, John Moore Johnston Waring moved back to Liverpool.
I am interested in any information about my family and am happy to exchange information. However, I am presently trying to establish a connection between my line and Robert Waring, (see below).
Robert moved to in 1799 in Derryaghy and died 30 Jun 1870.
The family owned a house called Poleglass for several generations, however, I do not have any information.
Robert married Anne Jane Steele, (1813-?) and Sarah Ferris.
