Looking for information on John Grennon Rosscommon 1854

I think the problem is that the records for the RC parish of Frenchpark do not begin until 1865 so John was born before records are available for that parish. I did find records for likely siblings to John on the subscription site Roots Ireland. The records are as follows:

Civil birth record for a Maria Grenan with father Bernard and mother Catherine Callaghan from Bellanagare

Baptismal record at Frenchpark for a Margaret Grennan around the same time. NOTE I think Mary and Margaret were the same child.

Baptismal record for a Peter Grennan born October 26 1867 same parents, Frenchpark and family lived in Bellnagare

Baptismal and civil birth records for an Elizabeth Grennan in 1869 same parents

Baptismal and civil birth records for a Catherine Mary Grennan in 1872 same parents

The 1901 census showed six Grennan households in Tibohine civil parish.

Thanks Roger for this. I am great full for the information.  I guess I was hoping someone could expand on the information that they had previously written re 'John & Michael Grennan being Bryan's brothers (see John Grennan of Tully just southwest of Bellanagare)' 

John moved over to England early 1870's and married my GG grandmother who had come over from Co Mayo

Hi Roger, apologies, Brian posted twice. it is the second post 'looking for information on Bernard Bryan Grennon and Catherine Callahan . There is a response from Rua that refers to John and Michael

My suggestion is for you to post a comment on the 2018 message by Brian asking Rua to clarify where she obtained the info on John and Michael. Once you comment, Rua should get a notification and hopefully she will respond.

Thank you Rodger. Sadly I have not been able to contact Rua so I am unable to clarify the information she posted some time ago. I will keep looking. Thanks again
