According to Scottish Death Certificate (1864), Ann's father was Anthony Griffith and her mother was Helen (maiden surname unknown).

Census records indicate that she was born in Ireland but I have no specific location.

Ann married Alexander Scarlett (where and when?)

Her daughter, Jane Scarlett, was born in Belmullet, Co Mayo in about 1819 but I have no record of the baptism.
