Annie was the daughter of George Palmer and Martha/Matilda Anderson, County Armagh.
In April 1841, she married Edward Kilpatrick - both were farm servants. Four weeks after their marriage, they sailed from Plymouth to Melbourne, Australia as assisted immigrants, both listed on the passengers records as Protestant.
Between 1842 and 1864, Annie gave birth to ten children.
She died in the Victorian country town of Alexandra in 1893 aged 71.
