Catherine (Kate)Hurley was born to Peter Hurley and Mary Peters Hurley between 1894 and 1898.
Her brothers were Richard, John, Eddie and Patrick.
The family lived in Kilmaganny along with Peter's brother.
My grandmother, Kate, emigrated to the US in 1911.
I believe Peter died in 1911 or 1912 and Mary passed away in 1929.
I have visited Kilmaganny and walked through a few cemeteries there. I did see a number of Hurleys. We have been unable to piece anything together. Our only real documents are the 1901 and 1911 census. There is mention they lived in / on Glenn.
If anyone has any information, it would be greatly appreciated.
