Catherine was baptised, 24 April, 1834 her godparents were Thomas Bardon and Bridget Tormey

She migrated to Australia where she married John Ross at Braidwood.

Her brother Francis (Frank) also migrated.

Her brothers were Thomas, Joseph, Francis and Michael.

She died at Hillgrove, New South Wales in 1910.
