Married Eleanor (unknown) abt 1828, Ireland

School teacher at the Leskinfere School in Clough, Wicklow, Ireland for almost half a century.

Also involved at the Leskindere Church, now St. James Church of Ireland in Clough. His name shows up on several baptisms, marriages and deaths.

Retired January 1877 due to wife’s health and moved to Ballymoyle, Wicklow, Ireland where he died. He and his wife had three children, a daughter Mary Anne and two sons, Charles Edward and William Spence.
