Charles Patrick Robinson was in the x1st Foot Soldiers, 1st Battalion. He came to Van Diemen's Land, Australia as a guard on board the convict transport ship William Jardine on the 14 November 1850. He settled in the Westbury District of Tasmania. Charles died 18 Dec 1886 at Westbury.
