Migrated to/Born in South America
Recruited into the British Army 22 May 1804 in Ireland by Lt Murray. Joining the 1st/71st Regiment of Foot in Captain Paley's company. Arrived 25 June 1806 in Quilmes, Argentina as part of the British force in the British Invasion of Buenos Aires.
Remained in South America and settle and married Francisca de Paula Quiros in Colonia, Uruguay and they had 10 children.
