My great-great grandfather Dennis (or Denis) O'Flaherty arrived in New York on April 16, 1853.  In 1885, the family received a letter from Dennis's brother in Inver at the Parochial House, Father George O'Flaherty. The letter indicates that there were many siblings:

Columa, Anthony, Mary, Margrett, Ellen, Edward, and Fr. George and Dennnis.
