This is my fourth great-grandmother Elizabeth (Betsey) Coulter. During the time of the Irish Rebellion, Betsey was living in Dromore, Cork.
Based on the baptism certificate, I believe the birth year isn't correct. I have both 1792 and 1797? And, I also don't have any information of her emigration to New York, NY.
