She was born in 1881 to Eliza Phelan and John Gallagher a tailor. John died of typhoid in 1881 and Eliza a year later. Her uncle was the traveling musician, George Whelan, and she is reported in the 1901 Census as living with him. She married John Ollerton in England and had two daughters, Catherine Alyse Ollerton and Lillian Ollerton. Lillian and Catherine emigrated to America in 1917. Lillian married a James Cahill and later divorced having one daughter with him Mary Cahill who later married John Clohessey and had eight children. Lillian went on to marry John Charles Frazier and had Charles Hugh Frazier, Edward Frazier, James Frazier, John Frazier, Rebecca Frazier, and Brenda Jean Frazier. Rebecca died of scarlet fever. Brenda and James suffered heart issues from it, with Brenda spending four years in a hospital. Brenda would marry Richard Wayne Milliron and have three children, Dennis, Richard, and Elizabeth. Elizabeth had three children and married Jared Mitchell, Kayla Milliron, Sierra Milliron, and Chloe Mitchell. Sierra married Joseph Tresp and currently has two children.
