I have found Frances had a sister called Maria who married George Bates a policeman in Mullnavatt County Kilkenny. They also had two sisters Anne and Susan who went to Australia along with a brother Bernard
Frances (Fanny) was born in Cloghan Kings County. She married 19 April 1866 in Cloghan Gillen Co Offaly to John Kelly.
John was born in CoLaois and was a Constable and seving in Kinnity co Offaly from 1855 to 1866 when he was transferred to Mullinavat Co Kilkenny. (19410. He served
in the Police Force for 30 years and 5 months.
Frances and John are both buried in the Kelly family Plot in the Mullinavat Cemetery. Frances's sister Maria also married a Policeman called George Bates and they were also in Mullinavat.
