Honora Christina was born on the 15th December 1877 in Middleton County Cork. She was the third child of Micheal and Elizabeth Cremen.  Honora was brought up a catholic but studied Teaching at a protestant collage. When she qualified she couldnt get a job in Ireland so emegrated to England.  Honora worked at a school in Padiham,  Lanc were she met Joseph Berry who was the headmaster of the school. They married  in 1908 in Cork. This was a double wedding her sister also got married,  Honora would visit her family in Ireland in ireland often. They had four children John, Eilis, Christina and Gerard.  She died in Gainford, Durham in 1944,  All of this information was given to me word of mouth from my grandmother Christina. Horora was her mother.
