Honora SUTTON, born 6 Jan 1832 Eyrecourt, Co. Galway - daughter of Patrick (although also recorded as Michael and Mathew) SUTTON and Anna BURKE.
Honora left Ireland for America after her mother died in 1847, arriving in New York City, where she briefly stayed with her uncle and aunt - John and Judy Sutton, and then to live with her aunt and uncle - Biddy and Lawrence LYONS in Pottsville, Penn.
Two years later (1849) her sister Anna SUTTON (born 1836) joined them in Pottsville. In 1855 their brother Michael SUTTON also immigrated to the US. The three Sutton children settled in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area.
