James died of influenza in 1893 County Galway. His wife bridget (Connor) died in 1919 from the flu epidemic. The wife of their son Patrick, Sabina (Bane) 29 yrs, also died of flu, along with their little boy Patrick Jr, all within days of each other in March 1919.
They were from Monivea, and Athenry. Most of their children moved to Lowell, Massachusetts, in the United States.
Patrick remained in Ireland and remarried to Kate McHugh in 1920. They had a son Bartley (1934-2014). A few of their kids lived/ died in the UK.
Patrick died in 1947, Galway.
