Hi Bernard,  I am unsure where to find details of teachers that far back.  The only source available to me is 'Knockbride A History' written by Markey & Clarke and they have dealt with each of the schools in the area and there is no mention of a teacher by the name of Quinn, most likely they have not come across the name rather than that teacher not existing.  Sorry, I annot help with that, but if you have more details I can follow up on that.  Regards Carmel
