In several government registrations for this person various members of this family, on baptismal,marriage and death records have the different spellings of this surname. Because I have been unable to find a birth or marriage record for this entry I have entered all three spellings.
Jane was born abt. 1800 in Ireland and married John Britton they had four children, Mary 1827 - Jane 1832 - John abt. 1840 and George born abt. 1840. Mary was baptised at St. Patrick's Church in Belfast suggesting they lived there .
