My great grandfather married Ellen Dalton from Glenlea, Ballyheigue on the 17th February 1867. They had 7 children - Bridget, Thomas, Catherine, Margaret, Martin, Mary and Ellen. John died on 18th March 1907 and his wife, Ellen died on the 30th March, 1924. John fought in the Boer War. His son Martin is my grandfather.
