Julia is my great great Grandmother. She had a daughter when aged 34 out of wedlock and raised as a single mother. There is no father listed on her daughter's birth certificate. In the 1901 Census Julia Riordan is living with her daughter aged 12 using the name Cahill. When Julia Cahill married Peter Redmond 8th September 1910, she identifies Timothy Cahill as been her father. Julia died 11 days after giving birth to her 5th child a daughter named Elizabeth. Julia Riordan moved in with Peter and raised the children. I think she is a remarkable woman.
