Julia was born in Ballyroggart in 1833 to parents Nicholas Stanley and Bridget Sheridan (Bridget died in 1876 in Kilbride, and Nicholas in 1879 in Trim).
I presume they were married around 1832 but have no information as to where.
Julia emigrated to Australia in 1856 with her brother John (born Dunderry 7 October 1838) )and cousin Ellen Halpin (born 1833)(parents Mary Stanley and James Halpin), sister Margaret (born 1836, County Meath) left Ireland in 1858 for Australia.
The siblings that remained in Ireland I have little information for: Bridget was born 8 March 1841, Dunderry, Christopher was born 12 February 1843, Dunderry, and Nicholas was born 19 September 1848 in Dunderry also.
Julia married Henry McEvoy in 1864 in Windsor, NSW, Australia.
Children of Julia and Henry: James, Mary, Margaret, Cathleen, Henry, Cecil, Frederick, Julia and Bertie.
She died in 1906 in Alexandria, NSW, Australia.
