Mother was Mary Doyle. Father was Patrick Moore. Mary Aloysius Moore was baptized on 11/10/1897 at St Andrew's,Westland Row Dublin. Mary Aloysius Moore married Hubert Henry Driscall in Plymouth and they lived in Millbrook, Cornwall. I don't know how they met. Hubert Driscall ran an Ironmonger/plumbing business and descended from lots of seafarers etc... Patrick Moore was a poulterer (selling chicken etc in Dublin). Mary Aloysius was brought up Catholic as far as I know.
Early on in 1901 her mother and father lived in Portland Row, Mountjoy, Dublin. Later Mary Aloysius's mother mother lived in Carysfort Avenue, Blackrock, Dublin but died in at 34, Mountjoy Square, Dublin on 8th February 1941. Her sisters included Julia and Annie and there were brothers called Jack or John and one called Louis. Jack or John died early in the war.
