Emigrated to USA 1889. Settled in Brooklyn, New York. Married James Walsh (born Louisiana.); three children. Became fatally ill as was her husband. She returned to her home district, Cleggen, and there died in 1899. Her two surviving children were initially cared for by Mary's parents, Anne and Peter Coyne of Cloon ( noted in the 1901 Ireland Census). The children ultimately married and there are descendents.
