Searching for more information on Mary Grady (or Gready) b. ca. 1841.  Married Patrick Lally in Beagh, Galway and had 10 children in the Beagh, Kilchreest, Ardrahan area between 1861 - 1885.  Some records spell her maiden name as Grady, others Gready. 

The Ireland Census 1901 shows her as Head of Household, living with her son Martin & grandson Hubert Dolphin in Scalp, Kilthomas, Galway on 31 March, 1901, age 60.

The Ireland Civil Registration Deaths Index, 1864-1958 shows a Mary Lally, estimated birth year 1841, died January, February or March of 1919, age 78.  The registration district is Gort.  Does anyone know how I can obtain a copy of her death record?
