Appears to hav ebeen released 1860s and may have remarried. No clear record of death (name match but not to DoB which itself may have been inacurate (gave age of 15 in order to sign up in 1809 so may have been contrived). Intrigue is a Matthew Harvet with wife Susannah witnessed marriages of two grandsons in Bolton in 1875 - no British context before or after of a Matthew Harvey in England)
