Michael was born in Limerick on 23rd September 1860, his parents were Timothy Ryan and Mary (Synan). Michael went to Clongowes Wood College from 1876-1879.
Michael married Helena Theresa Duhig from Bruff in March 1885 whilst Michael studied at Royal College of Surgeons, Dublin and qualified in April 1886. Helena was born in January 1860, her parents were Mathew and Bridget (Cregan) who were married in Adare in 1854.
Michael and Helena move to Rochdale, England in 1886 where my grandfather Albert was born in September 1886.
Michael died in 1920 in Bolton, England.
