Occupation farmer[ii].   He married Elizabeth (Eliza) Brophy[iii], on 22 February 1838, her residence of Mohuber townland, in parish of Ballingarry nr Mullinahone, diocese of Cashel and Emly, county Tipperary.  Died (unknown). He was the son of Peter Quirke and Jane Kearney

ELIZABETH (ELIZA) BROPHY[i], baptised 24 June 1814 in in parish of Ballingarry, diocese of Cashel and Emly, county Tipperary, Ireland.  Residence in Mohuber civil townland.  Died (unknown). She was the daughter of Edmund Brophy and Elizabeth Hayde.
